Management Assistant
to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project communication.
Manage documents, prepare reports, and follow up on project schedules.
Perform on-site measurements when required (must be able to read construction drawings).
Support the management team in handling quotations, purchase orders, and permit applications.
Qualifications:
Fluent in
both English and Mandarin
(strong verbal and written communication skills).
Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in
Word, Excel, PDF, and email correspondence
.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Possess a valid
driver's license and vehicle
(required for site visits).
Prior experience in
construction, renovation, or interior design
is a strong asset.
Graduates in architecture, construction management, or interior design are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
