We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in MarTech and Data-driven initiatives to support enterprise-wide programs that transform customer engagement and marketing operations. The PMO Manager will establish governance, ensure portfolio alignment, and drive delivery excellence across cross-functional projects. This role requires strong organizational leadership, deep knowledge of digital/MarTech ecosystems, and the ability to connect business strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage PMO processes for MarTech and Data programs , ensuring consistent execution and governance across the portfolio.
Partner with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Product teams to align business priorities with project execution.
Establish and maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting for visibility into performance, risks, and dependencies.
Oversee resource planning, budget tracking, and capacity management across multiple concurrent projects.
Ensure best practices in data-driven decision-making, personalization, and campaign execution are embedded in program delivery.
Drive adoption of standardized methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall) tailored to MarTech and Data projects.
Facilitate executive steering committees and cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and lead mitigation strategies.
Champion continuous improvement and scalability of PMO practices within the MarTech/Data space.
