RH is seeking an Interior Design Project Leader to hold a pivotal position as a highly personable creative visionary, collaborator, and effective communicator. You will serve as a leader and team player, taking on the responsibility for the development, implementation, and coordination of complex projects. You will be immersed in the World of RH: Our products, places, services and spaces through the lens of world class residential interior design. The role operates as a hybrid remote position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live and breathe Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
• Spearhead special projects through innovation, including the development of content libraries for CAD and project imagery, enhancing the design teams efficiency and creative capabilities
• Foster strong partnerships and collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across various departments
• Develop and elevate brand content for design education, presentations, and project documentation
• Be committed to education and development through dedicated mentorship
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for technical design teams, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
• Efficiently complete assigned tasks on a daily basis and maintain timely communications with team members to ensure smooth project progress

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years relevant industry experience required
• Formal education in Art, Architecture or Interior Design preferred
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD
• Experience within a professional and specialized interior design environment
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external client interactions
• Exhibit a results-oriented approach, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and strategic thinking to drive projects forward efficiently and effectively while demonstrating the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, SketchUp and Google Applications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Periodically travel locally or out of state as required
