Project Lead in our

Grain Systems Division in

Saskatoon, SK to make it happen. If you're passionate about managing projects from start to finish, leading a team, and seeing your work directly support producers, this is your kind of role.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

Lead and oversee grain system installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects from planning to completion Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule and within budget Work hands-on when needed to troubleshoot, install, or repair mechanical systems and components Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and quality Serve as the main point of contact between the customer, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain accurate project records and reports

What You Bring to the Team:

Journeyperson Millwright certification or equivalent experience (preferred) Previous leadership or project management experience in construction, agriculture, or industrial environments Strong understanding of grain handling and storage systems (asset) Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
