Rotation/Shifts




Days, 8 hour shifts.


What you will bring



  • Baccalaureate Degree in Science or other health profession;
  • Certifications relevant to the unit and patient population.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience working in health care;
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of clinical operations leadership, patient safety, and clinical quality improvement projects;
  • Knowledge of hospital organization and health care delivery system;
  • Demonstrated previous project management experience;
  • Demonstrated previous experience with quality improvement initiatives;
  • Extensive knowledge of quality improvement principles and methods;
  • Excellent coordinating and project management skills;
  • Proficient statistical analysis skills;
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, ability to balance multiple priorities;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report generation and graphics presentation;
  • Strong understanding of Process Improvement Methods;
  • Proficiency with use of audiovisual equipment;
  • Advanced Quality Certification (Lean six sigma black belt);
  • Project Management Certification;
  • Demonstrated ability to program within Office 365 applications such as PowerAps and SharePoint;
  • Ability to communicate with executive level.




You will stand out with:



  • Master’s Degree in Health Services Admin, MBA, Education or health profession;
  • Professional training and/or certification in Strategy Management.
