Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Testing Project Lead to oversee the testing lifecycle of Pega-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test strategy, development quality assurance best practices.

In this role, you will

Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Pega applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Deal with test strategies, test scenarios and test cases, work closely with the customer managing communication, escalations.

Manage a team of testers, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.

Track and report testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices

What you'll need to succeed (required skills)

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in Test Planning, test estimation, and project management tools like JIRA, Rally

Expertise in REST API Automation testing using Postman and Rest Assured

Understanding of Pega Workflow concepts to analyze the application business workflow to come out with testing automation improvement strategies.

Experience in AI development and testing using Python language, OpenAI and LangChain models.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
