About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Project Lead

to oversee and work on structured cabling projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew of three technicians, interpreting blueprint drawings, and ensuring high-quality installation and project delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical skills and the ability to manage daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a crew of 3 technicians on structured cabling projects. Read and interpret blueprint drawings, site layouts, and project specifications. Perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems. Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards. Provide daily updates and detailed job reports to the office. Coordinate site activities and communicate effectively with management. Maintain compliance with safety standards, including working at elevated platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in structured cabling installation and site management. Proven ability to lead and manage a small crew on active job sites. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. Valid Certifications Fall Arrest and Working on Elevated Platforms (e.g., scissor lift, boom lift). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
