This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.

Your Role

You will be responsible for developing and co-ordinating projects for the Marketing and B2B Communications team within CBC & Radio-Canada Media Solutions. Your core focus will be on ensuring all projects effectively meet requester needs and are executed in compliance with established standards, policies, approved budgets and timelines.

Key TasksReview requests from the Media Solutions team and determine precise needs for sales and marketing collateral (both linear and digital). This includes proposing and developing essential sales tools such as media kits, agency road show materials, etc. Success requires a solid understanding of CBC/Radio-Canada programming and the complexities of the advertising market. With the Manager, Marketing and B2B Communications, identify strategic marketing opportunities that add value to the business and achieve business goals. Coordinate the development and execution of all sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, email campaigns, programming schedules, promotional videos, etc.: + Act as an intermediary between the project manager and all project contributors (designers, web developers, writers) for needs analysis. + Write project briefs and work with in-house teams and external partners to develop tools that align with project needs.
+ Contribute to content development.
Help maintain and update the Media Solutions website by gathering and providing information to the developer. Research information regarding consumer trends, innovations in the media landscape and new initiatives, Develop new ideas and initiatives that improve the performance of the sales and marketing teams by helping them stay current on trends across evolving digital/emerging media channels and related technologies. Liaise with all team members and other related groups to obtain regular updates on the status of projects. Participate in the planning and execution of all CBC & Radio-Canada Media Solutions events tied to projects to promote our brand to agencies and clients.


What You Bring

Qualifications:College diploma or university degree in communications or a related field. Two years' relevant industry experience in similar functions (must have prior experience in B2B communications to ensure a strong grasp of corporate language, marketing writing styles, etc.). Demonstrated understanding of the complex advertising market to effectively perform consumer trend research. Knowledge of CBC and Radio-Canada programming.


Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingualism (English and French) essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate these needs to key stakeholders to achieve results. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure. Organizational skills and structured approach to work. Proficiency using various tools such as Google suite, Microsoft Office and others;. Teamwork and collaborative mindset. Proactive approach and desire to take on challenges. Results focus with high energy, a desire to succeed and a strong commitment to delivering on promises. Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Rigour and attention to detail in the execution of work, under sometimes tight deadlines.
