frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, railings, and custom glass installations

We're looking for a

Project / Installation Coordinator

to join our team -- someone organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the business. This role is

hands-on and field-focused

, supporting our daily installations from measurement to completion.

What You'll Do

Visit job sites regularly

to perform

measurements, site checks, and installation coordination

.

Schedule measures, installations, and deliveries

to keep projects running smoothly. Prepare and manage

work orders, purchase orders, and supplier requests

. Support the estimating process by gathering accurate dimensions, photos, and site details. Track project progress and maintain clear communication between office, installers, and customers. Keep digital records organized and up to date (Excel, Google Drive, project folders, etc.). Learn our quoting, ordering, and installation systems to eventually

run projects independently

from measure to completion.

What We're Looking For

Recent

college or university graduate

with a background in

construction, architecture, engineering, or project management

. Some hands-on

construction or trades experience

(even from summer jobs or co-op placements.) Strong

spatial awareness and attention to detail

when measuring and recording site information. Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable working independently and with installers. Proficiency with basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Google Workspace). Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and pride in quality workmanship.

Pay: $42,046.02-$156,296.08 per year
