Position Overview: We are looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our team as Project Governance Document Controller with a focus on facilitating process flow development, writing and maintaining project governance documentation. These roles will support the Project Management and Project Controls team by creating, updating, and organizing essential governance documents, ensuring all materials align with PMO project standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate project management and project controls process flow documentation and development
- Facilitate process flow and document review meetings and workshops to collect comments and incorporate into governing documents
- Draft, edit, and format project governance documents, procedures, and templates.
- Maintain document control systems ensuring the latest versions are accessible to stakeholders. - Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution across project teams. - Support quality assurance in governance documentation and compliance reviews. - Assist with coordination and administrative support to the Project Management and Project Controls team. - Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and traceable documentation. - Follow established document control protocols and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: - College diploma or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, industrial engineering or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in business analyst, document control or related roles. - Strong business analyst, writing and formatting skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with project governance or project management processes considered an asset.
