We are now looking for a Project Execution Model Development Coordinator to join our Project Execution Excllence team.

What will you be doing?

  • Support development of Project Execution Models based on data-driven processes to achieve fit-for-purpose deliveries that maximize recovery & efficiency of customers assets.
  • Support standardization of the Project start-up process to contribute to lower execution risk.
  • Modernize Project delivery to eliminate uncertainty and waste.
  • Support categorization of projects to achieve scalability and flexibility for existing and future projects.
  • Utilize and modernize visualization of Project Execution Models to facilitate digitalization.
  • Contribute to continual improvement by digitalizing the feedback-loop in Project Execution Method tools. Make knowledge transfer an easy process.
  • Provide oversight, support and guidance to Project teams to ensure implementation of Project Execution Models.
  • Contribute to the Aker Solutions Project Execution Model global network with respect to Company objectives and ambitions.
  • Follow-up on a regular basis:
  • Management of Change Log.
  • Project Execution Model feedback from Project Teams.
  • Nonconformance issues relating to Project Execution Models
  • Project Execution Model updates
  • Proactively manage and engage with key stakeholders, including all applicable disciplines and functional areas both locally and Company-wide, as relevant. Specific engagement will be required with Work Process System Owners.
We think you should have:
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience with implementation of Project Management principles, preferably in an Engineering, Procurement and Construction environment.
  • Onshore or offshore project and operational experience
  • Experience with development and implementation of \xe2\x80\x9cnew\xe2\x80\x9d tools
  • Experience with digitalization initiatives / Improvements
  • Good knowledge of Project Management principles
  • Excellent understanding of all stakeholders and their needs.
  • Technical and commercial acumen
  • Exposure to Project Management and Execution methods with specific experience and understanding of digital tool use and development.
