PB Management Inc. is growing, and we're looking for a

Project Coordinator/Estimator

to join our dynamic team. We're seeking someone detail-oriented and experienced--someone who can dive into the numbers, analyze project documents, and collaborate closely with our project managers to keep things on time and on budget. If you're motivated by precision and enjoy the challenge of planning successful construction projects, this might be the role for you.

What You'll Do:

Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to develop accurate and competitive estimates Work closely with project managers to understand scope, timelines, and constraints Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and subcontractors Track and monitor costs throughout each phase of construction Provide support during the bidding process and address contractor questions as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in construction estimating or project coordination is required. Review and interpret

blueprints, drawings, project plans, and specifications

to develop accurate and competitive estimates. Solid understanding of construction and project management fundamentals Strong communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
