We develop, design, manufacture and deliver high-performance energy storage systems that integrate our proprietary Battery Modules, Battery Management Systems (BMS), Enclosures and Power Conversion System (PCS). https://troescorp.com/ Main Duties: \xc2\xb7 Commissioning electrical components (battery pack, BMS and EMS) \xc2\xb7 Assistant with design and assemble energy storage product and control system \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with management team, marketing staff and customers to develop detailed specifications and estimates for new projects \xc2\xb7 Conduct system hardware FMEA analysis, and reliability and failure analysis \xc2\xb7 Participate in prototyping, adjusted, and coordinate/assistant for mass production \xc2\xb7 Design of electrical schematics, equipment protection, and climate control, layouts of equipment components, cabling, cable tray, etc. \xc2\xb7 Prepare calculations for sizing and selection of commonly used power systems elements: transformers, switches, breakers, cables, batteries, etc. \xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other internal teams worldwide Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Master\'s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not necessary \xc2\xb7 1 - 3 years electrical/mechanical engineering experience \xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code \xc2\xb7 Full professional proficiency in English with distinguished speaking skills \xc2\xb7 Hard-working and willingness to learn \xc2\xb7 Suitable for a fast-growing start-up environment \xc2\xb7 Proficient in using AutoCAD \xc2\xb7 Familiar with the working principle of electrical wiring and electrical components \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Ontario Health and Safety Act \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Battery Management System (BMS) \xc2\xb7 Experiences in renewable energy or energy storage system is an asset \xc2\xb7 Able to travel to US, South America, China, and other countries Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
