About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, organized Project Coordinator to join our team for ongoing construction work in Banff National Park. You'll be working closely with our Project Manager to help keep things on track -- from scheduling and paperwork to making sure the crews have what they need on-site. If you've got a good head for logistics, solid communication skills, and aren't afraid to get your boots dirty from time to time, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Helping the Project Manager plan daily and weekly site activities. Coordinating deliveries, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly. Keeping track of paperwork like site reports, change orders, and safety documentation. Communicating between the office and the site to make sure everyone's in the loop. Assisting with scheduling, budgets, and general project coordination. Supporting safety and environmental compliance Jumping in wherever needed to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in a construction or coordination role. Background in engineering, construction, or project management (schooling or work experience both count). Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Comfortable using basic project tools (Excel, email, scheduling software). Good communicator who works well with crews, subcontractors, and clients. A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Must be okay with working outdoors and in remote locations when needed.

Other Info:

This is a full-time role based in Banff National Park -- a mix of office and fieldwork. You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We follow park regulations closely -- safety and environmental care are top priorities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
