Rate of Pay: $52.89 to $59.42 per hour (2021 rates) / $96,260 to $108,144 per year

Job Summary

The current focus of this position is the project management and delivery as well as engineering planning and design work related to water system and wastewater system capital projects, as assigned. The Project Engineer is directly accountable for work in their assigned service area and reports directly to the Manager, Capital Projects, and is responsible for the design of water and wastewater facilities including the project management and delivery of related capital projects.Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Degree and 10 years of relevant experience specific to complex water and wastewater facilities, and the design of facilities that collect, treat and dispose of the wastewater
- Registration or eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
- Must possess a valid BC Driver’s Licence (or out-of-province equivalent)
