This role supports the PLS project team in the coordinator and integration of planning and execution activities during FEED, and into project execution for Paladin Canada. The successful candidate will assist in developing project artefacts, coordinating deliverables, and supporting controls and reporting functions across departments and stakeholders.
oCoordinate FEED consultant activities and monitor progress against deliverables
oAssist in developing integrated project baselines for scope, cost, schedule and procurement
oSupport the setup and maintenance of project controls tools and systems
oLiaise with internal departments to consolidate planning inputs and ensure alignment
oTrack contractor timesheets, claims and productivity metrics
oContribute to project reporting and documentation control
oSupport regulatory submissions and stakeholder engagement activities
Qualifications
oBachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
oP.Eng. Designation with APEGS
oFamiliarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6)
oStrong communication and organizational skills
oAdvanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms
oUnderstanding of HSE principles and QA/QC documentation practices
oAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Previous Experience
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in engineering design and project management is an asset.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and locations.
Preference given to candidates located in or near Saskatoon with the ability to work in-office at least four days per week.

Pay: $104,000.00-$172,000.00 per year
