Are you looking to apply your project coordination and construction management skills in a dynamic industrial contracting environment? Brymark Installations Group Inc., a leading industrial contractor in British Columbia and a proud member of the Carlson Construction Group, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing team.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and on-site, supporting the successful execution of industrial construction projects from planning through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent throughout the full project lifecycle--from mobilization to closeout. Participate in construction strategy meetings, including Path of Construction and estimating reviews. Assist in reviewing and interpreting baseline construction schedules and contribute to detailed planning and execution strategies. Set up and maintain project documentation in Procore (drawings, RFIs, submittals, correspondence). Track procurement and delivery of contractor-supplied materials. Coordinate mobilization deliverables such as safety and quality documentation. Manage and distribute revised drawings, site instructions, and project communications. Support change management processes and assess impacts on cost and schedule. Maintain daily logs, track field progress, and update quantity tracking tools and schedules. Assist with material ordering, procurement coordination, and payroll processing via AL Mobile. Draft change orders, RFIs, and submittals in coordination with the PM and Superintendent. Capture lessons learned and ensure proper archiving of project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline). Experience with industrial construction projects, preferably in heavy civil or mechanical scopes an asset. Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Salary:
