We are currently looking to recruit a

Project Engineer

for a role in our Operations department within our Aberdeen Headquarters.


This role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday; overtime may be required as well as offshore and nationwide travel as part of the role.

Key Duties of the role include:

To ensure that all allocated projects are set-up well, organised, run and supported properly so that they operate safely and effectively. Successfully participate in management of allocated projects by providing a cost effective, reliable, quality service to customers that satisfies their budget and work scope requirements in accordance with Company systems, procedures and processes.

The successful candidate will have:

Demonstrable relevant experience within the energy industry Qualification in an Engineering, Science or Business discipline preferred but not essential Ability to fully interpret customer work-scopes Ability to pass the mandatory medical and offshore survival training Willingness to travel to offshore and onshore sites if/when required Willingness and capability to build on existing skills and develop professionally Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision in a demanding environment Good presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in an Operations role Flexible in approach and ability to work as part of a team Self-motivated and results driven

Required Skills / Experience:

Ability to demonstrate knowledge of relevant onshore/offshore legislation Working knowledge and experience of NDT techniques would be advantageous Understanding of budget control and project management principles Demonstrable skills in project control, equipment management & producing of reports Experience using databases & Microsoft office packages
