Job Title: Project EngineerJoin our dynamic team as a Project Engineer, where you will serve as the technical lead for the delivery of substantial industrial and specialty commercial projects. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients, project managers, and engineering teams, ensuring that client needs and project requirements are effectively communicated and met. You will be responsible for tracking project progress, managing budgets and timelines, and identifying new opportunities. Your role is pivotal in maintaining company SOPs, coordinating deliverables across departments, and managing stakeholder expectations. Expect to champion projects by delivering on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications.Hard Skills

• 4+ years experience in industries such as O&G, mining, infrastructure, construction, or pharma
• Discipline in mechanical, process, or chemical engineering
• Experience in small EPC/EPCM environments
• Experience in managing large scale projects ($10M-$50M) or multiple small projects ($5M-$10M)
• Proficiency in project phases from feasibility to construction
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams

Soft Skills

• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Strong communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
• Capability to make design decisions and handle design complications
• Leadership in developing engineering reports and making procedural improvements
