Lemay is looking to expand its retail sector expertise to help companies create exceptional user experiences and to support their commercial strategies in mixed-use projects. Here\xe2\x80\x99s how you will make an impact:

  • Oversee all projects for the same customer and ensure that they run smoothly, from needs assessment to delivery:
  • Prepare schedules and assign tasks to your team;
  • Make presentations and lead technical discussions with clients;
  • Coordinate the delivery of high-quality design projects on time and on budget;
  • Ensure compliance with municipal codes and regulations;
  • Coordinate the work of consulting engineers and other external stakeholders;
  • Report to the client on project progress and pass on necessary information to the internal team to ensure that projects run smoothly;
  • Supervise and support the team at the highest level on various projects from a conceptual and technical point of view as well as from a client relations point of view at all phases;
  • Intervene on major issues, identify risks, and ensure their mitigation;
  • Coordinate all communications and updates related to the clients\xe2\x80\x99 various projects;
  • Implement best practices within the team and ensure that know-how is shared;
  • Ensure the application of Lemay\'s policies, protocols and procedures;
  • Demonstrate leadership and an understanding of the issues inherent in major multidisciplinary projects;
  • Promote excellence and ensure the implementation of a quality control system.
Qualifications
  • Professional or university degree in architecture or interior design;
  • At least 8 years\' relevant experience in architecture or interior design, with a focus on project management;
  • Experience managing major accounts, including a multitude of sub-projects;
  • Experience in managing teams which report directly to you;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) essential;
  • Knowledge of French (spoken and written);
  • Good communication and leadership skills;
  • An ability to handle stressful and unexpected situations;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software;
  • Project management experience in the retail sector (an asset);
  • Good knowledge of Revit (an asset);
  • An ability to manage several files simultaneously under tight deadlines.
