Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for project delivery governance, stakeholder management, OPS compliance oversight, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training. Acts as the primary connection between the vendor team and MMAH, ensuring full alignment with ODAS, GO-ITS, TSA, privacy and risk assessments, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Required Experience:
10+ years leading public-sector digital delivery projects, especially involving case management solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365/cloud transformation, and government modernization efforts.
Key Skills:
? Proven experience managing large OPS/Ministry IT projects
? Expertise in ODAS, GO-ITS, security directives, privacy impact, threat/risk assessment, and change management
? Vendor & stakeholder management
? Leading as-built documentation, training, and UAT activities
? Strong written, presentation, and communications skills
? Oversight of business process transformation and schedule compliance
Certifications:
? PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent (required)
? Agile and/or SAFe (preferred)
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5G 2K8
