to join our growing team in Calgary. This position will work under our
Project Managers and Ownership,
for both our
Civil Construction
and
Landscape Development Divisions.
We are looking to bring on the right individual towards the new year
(December 2025 or January 2026),
as we prepare and plan for our incredibly busy 2026 season ahead.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Provide ongoing administrative support to Project Managers and Corporate Management,
regarding RFI's, change orders, tenders, plans, and documentation.
Manage project workflow and coordination from design through contract administration process during construction.
Creating & managing purchasing orders and accounts payable invoices, including weekly reporting.
Review and verify submissions by contractors including documentation for invoicing and ensure all scope of work changes and costs are recorded and approved prior to execution in the field.
Keeping work order logs and client billing files up-to-date.
Assistance in the coordination of client renewals
Assist in inventory purchases and reconciling.
Preparing vendor partnership agreements
Qualifications/Requirements;
2-3+ years experience in
Project Administration
or
Coordination
roles, in the
Construction
or
Landscape
sectors.
Civil Engineering Technologist diploma or related education (2+ years) considered an asset.
Proficient with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Bidding/Estimating Software is a strong asset.
Ability to read and interpret contracts, construction drawings, and technical reports.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work closely with field teams, office staff, clients, and vendors.
The ideal candidate for this position must be highly organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced large Construction/Landscape company.
