Job Overview

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator/Estimator

to join our team. The ideal candidate

must have a solid technical background in the HVAC industry.

This role involves the

coordination

of project activities, including organizing materials, tracking progress, and keeping jobs on schedule and within budget. Strong

time management and communication skills

are essential to ensure project timelines are met and work runs efficiently.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with

customers, field staff, office personnel

and suppliers

to maintain clear communication, support operations, and streamline processes throughout each project.

Duties

Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope. Support job estimating processes by gathering necessary data and preparing estimates for review. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, clients and property managers to ensure alignment on project goals. Monitor all ongoing and upcoming projects, estimates and quotes. Assist in the preparation of reports and quotes for project reviews.

Qualifications

5+ years proven experience within the HVAC industry is necessary. Proficiency and experience with computers and Microsoft Office is a must. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of project coordinating. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
