We are looking for: Project Coordinator/Designer to assist in daily operations of the company.
Scope of Work
Supporting clients during the selection process, guiding them to our trusted suppliers and subtrades - assisting in the design selections when necessary Tracking the budgets, changes, and invoices Coordinating with suppliers, trades, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly Creating drawings, sketches, or details for specific design or construction instructions Working closely with our project managers Assisting in our show homes Assisting in company marketing, social media, and marketing initiatives General administration tasks and helping the company ensure optimal efficiency
Related Skills and Requirements
Strong knowledge of residential construction A background or interest in Interior Design Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to track and maintain deadlines A positive, energetic individual with strong communication skills Proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp programs Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
