EFloor is a specialty flooring company with a 5000 square foot modern space that is located in Toronto's design district. We offer creative custom flooring concepts and hands-on installation. We have over 50 years experience in the industry and are continuously looking to expand and as such, are looking for a person who will grow with us again.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for managing all current sales projects from beginning to end - Entering Sales, Ordering and keeping records of all products, tracking shipments, booking installations, dealing with installers and with customers' needs and various other tasks as required by the sales team
Respond with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing project schedules and communicate those changes to all affected parties
Perform consistent, timely follow-ups with installers, tracking active jobs and multiple installation crews
Internal close out of projects
Reconcile order discrepancies and vendor invoices
Tracking product to warehouse or customer's location and schedule small day to day deliveries
Skill, knowledge, education and experience:
Proficiency in MS applications to include Word, Excel and light-moderate project management experience is an asset.
Should hold a university or college degree
Strong verbal and written communications skills are mandatory.
Ability to multi-task and consistently meet time-sensitive deadlines and communicates status to Management in a timely manner
Processing paperwork and invoices
Processing, keeping records and following up of payments
Accountability for the ordering of all supplies for each job
Maintaining organized records of inventory
Professional follow up emails and phone calls to close sale cycles
Experience in Flooring products or closely related field is an asset but not a must
Proficient with basic Accounting software (QuickBooks) is an asset
Enthusiastic, positive inspiring energy
Availability must be Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
