Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the electrical sales team in the coordination of ordering and delivering customer orders. Acting as a liaison between our vendors and customers, the Project Coordinator will monitor and follow up on the status of various orders to ensure they are delivered correctly and on time.



What you will do:



Maintain and manage all project orders Coordinating customer ordering and delivery of customer orders Follow-up with vendors on issues related to customer's orders Communicate and exchange information with customers, suppliers, contractors, and company sales staff to ensure project is on track Provide product specification packages to customers Answer customer inquiries Prepare quotes for customers Coordinate product deliveries to job sites Schedule orders based on customer requirements Take deposit on orders for non-account customers Notify Outside Sales of any issues with orders Coordinate with manufactures and reps on delivery time and product availability Source alternative product, if required Process customer returns with the approval of the Outside Sales representative Act as a point of contact for billing inquiries for projects Help with branch calling queues

About you:



Post-secondary business degree or diploma or equivalent Proficient with computers Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, written and verbal Detail-oriented aptitude Plumbing or lighting product knowledge would be considered an asset Experience working with Eclipse an asset
