Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our restoration projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, field staff, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating restoration projects, including timelines and milestones. Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, permits, and client communications. Track project progress, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to facilitate efficient project execution. Attend site meetings Monitor job costs and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager. Provide administrative support, including data entry and report generation. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in project coordination, construction, restoration, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
