TELUS Health Virtual Care is a rapidly growing division of TELUS Health. We develop and operate a next-generation telemedicine service that lets Canadians access primary healthcare through an app. With nearly 2 million members, we're reimagining the doctor-patient relationship, leveraging technology to make Canadian healthcare more accessible, compassionate, and patient-centered.

Within the DMSS department, we currently focus primarily on mental health services including virtual Independent Medical Examinations (vIME) and virtual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (vCBT) programs, with a goal of building out our service offerings. These services are most typically aligned through insurers, employers, and government agencies.

Like the clinical service we deliver, our team culture values kindness, compassion, collaboration, and critical thinking. We’re a tight-knit, supportive team that is connected by our common mission to do good in the world and make a positive, impactful difference in Canadian healthcare.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

TELUS Health Virtual Care aims to put virtual care in the hands of every Canadian. We help employees stay healthy and keep them performing at their best. Reporting to the Program Manager, DMSS, the Program Coordinator will offer high-quality personal, online support to clients, participants, and clinicians to facilitate mental health services including but not limited to vIME and vCBT, providing outstanding communication of the necessary information according to the established guidelines and reporting requirements of the program.
