Now we're looking for a Project Coordinator who can make things happen and be an important part of our growth.

As a Project Coordinator at Prolex Media, you'll be at the center of our creative workflow, keeping teams aligned, clients informed, and deadlines met. Your job is to ensure every project runs smoothly from kickoff to final delivery, minimizing bottlenecks and miscommunication as much as possible while learning from every challenge to improve our process. You'll juggle multiple projects at once, anticipate roadblocks before they happen, and help refine how we work to continuously improve efficiency and execution.
What are the responsibilities?
• Manage project schedules--plan, track, and ensure all moving parts stay aligned as efficiently as possible.
• Be the bridge between clients and the team--communicate expectations, manage feedback, and solve problems proactively.
• Keep projects moving forward with minimal friction--anticipate risks early and help refine processes for future improvements.
• Ensure quality control--make sure deliverables meet our high creative and technical standards before they go out.
• Run project meetings--keep everyone aligned on timelines, priorities, and potential roadblocks.
• Adapt to project shifts and last-minute changes while keeping processes efficient.

Preferred, but not required:
• Previous experience in project management or coordination roles.
• Knowledge of creative production processes and workflows.
• Experience or academic background in copywriting.
