About the Role

We're looking for a

Project Coordinator

who thrives on organization, communication, and getting things done.

You'll play a hybrid role supporting

marketing execution

and

operations systems

-- ensuring that projects, partners, and deliverables are on track across multiple teams. You'll help manage workflows, streamline documentation, coordinate campaigns, and use AI tools to improve efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You'll Do

Project & Operations Support

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and calendars across departments Keep documentation organized (Notion, Google Drive) Support vendor coordination, contracts, and onboarding processes Implement and maintain efficient internal systems and SOPs

Marketing Coordination

Assist in campaign planning, tracking, and post-launch reporting Organize creative assets, content calendars, and partnership deliverables Coordinate with creators, brands, and agencies for approvals and scheduling Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Sheets formulas, etc.) to support research, automation, and workflow improvements

Cross-Team Communication

Act as a liaison between marketing, development, and operations Ensure deadlines and priorities are clearly communicated Anticipate blockers and surface solutions early

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
