We\'re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Creative Services team and manage our in-house creative teams, external agencies, and freelancers with projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this person will work closely with our Creative team, Art Directors, UA, ASO, Brand, and Channel stakeholders to deliver world class creative assets for our games. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the final product delivered, as well as the ability and attention to detail to dive deep into the lore of the IP\'s we work on to ensure that along with the high quality we are known for, you\'re also delivering assets that will be appreciated by the most knowledgeable fans. A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to lend a hand are important attributes for this role. The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning and scheduling project timelines, identifying the resources to deliver the project elements, and managing projects to deliver within deadlines.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Meet with project stakeholders to intake briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project for a detailed kickoff
  • Clearly and effectively communicate deliverables, budget and timing with all stakeholders.
  • Manage project progress by coordinating with both internal (company employees) and external (agency representatives and freelancers), as well as our Product groups.
  • Create and manage detailed schedules throughout the duration of the project.
  • Develop strong partnerships with other project managers within the organization, also responsible for creative asset management, including Marcomm, PR and Studio teams.
  • Serve as the interface between Brand Managers, Growth Marketing Managers and creative strategy staff, communicating deliverables and deadlines on a regular basis through templated reporting
The Project Coordinator\'s skill set includes:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, KanBan)
  • Resource allocation
  • Risk management and mitigation
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Stakeholder and licensor relationship management
  • Campaign and project planning and execution
  • Familiarity with advertising and marketing industry trends and best practices
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g. Wrike, Asana, Trello, Jira)
To be successful in this role, your background includes:
  • 2+ years of experience working within a creative development environment either with in-house creative team or as part of an agency creative team.
  • Demonstrated experience in a project related role, with an emphasis on project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Entertainment/Gaming experience a plus but not limited to
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
