Position Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Project Coordinator

to join our dynamic team at a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing

Microsoft Cloud

and

Network infrastructure projects

, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of technical solutions that meet client requirements. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and project management to drive success in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Project Management:

Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for Microsoft Cloud and network projects. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments to meet client and business requirements. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud and network infrastructure projects. Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables from initiation to closure.

Technical Leadership:



Oversee projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and other Microsoft cloud solutions. Coordinate implementations and upgrades for network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and wireless solutions. Serve as a technical advisor, bridging the gap between clients, engineers, contractors and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure the integration of cloud services and network solutions to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:



Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring precise and consistent communication. Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to stakeholders. Manage expectations and address concerns proactively

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineers, account managers, and third-party vendors. Ensure proper allocation of resources and monitor team performance. Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Risk and Resource Management:



Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client requirements. Manage internal and external resources effectively, ensuring the right expertise is applied to the project.

Continuous Improvement:



Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the development of standardized processes and templates for future projects.

Budget and Cost Management:



Ensure projects are completed within the defined budget. Work with finance and procurement teams to track project costs and make adjustments as necessary. Report on project financials and ensure proper cost controls are in place.

Pre-Sales Engagement and Support:



Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design tailored technical solutions (cloud, network, software, etc.) that meet client needs and business objectives. Lead the creation of technical proposals, scope of work, and project plans, aligning the solution with client expectations and the company's capabilities.

Required Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:



Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in an MSP environment. Proven track record with Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365) and network infrastructure projects. Familiarity with ITIL practices and managed services models. New Graduates are also welcome

Certifications:



PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified). Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,223.34-$60,724.13 per year
