Salary: CA$35,000 - CA$37,000 annually

About the Role

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project timelines, communications, and administrative processes. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is looking to build a long-term career with a mission-driven company.

What You'll Do

Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation to ensure timely execution. Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners. Track and monitor project progress, escalating challenges when necessary. Prepare reports, update trackers, and maintain organized records of all project activities. Support problem resolution by identifying gaps, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Contribute to continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.

What You Bring

Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills are a must. Excellent communication skills with very fluent English (both written and verbal). Mandarin speaking ability is a strong asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Google Workspace tools. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting. A strong desire for long-term career growth within a stable, growing organization.
