Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join our Mobility Design and Engineering team in Ontario. This is a multidisciplinary team with expertise in Utilities, Electrical, Drainage, Roadways and Highways, Civil, and Rail and Transit. This position joins a team providing for the planning, design, and construction of roads and highway infrastructure and related works.


Role accountabilities:

As a Project Coordinator in our growing Roads and Highways D&E team, primary responsibilities will include assisting with the coordination, management, monitor and reporting of project milestones as well as integrating and coordinating with all disciplines as required to complete project tasks. You will liaise with extensive teams of consultants, public sector clients and contractors, develop and maintain logs, registers and other tables for tracking purposes, as well as liaise with document control and assist disciplines with document submissions including quality checks process. You will have previous experience with interpreting and developing project scheduling, plans, managing budget and risks including document and quality control. You will maintain project documentation and library (electronic and hard copy), and ensure adherence of project team members to project plans (e.g., project management plans, schedule, communication plans). You will manage scope; alert team to missed or out-of-scope activities and assist in preparation cost estimates to support project change orders. You will also support project managers and other team members by facilitating project logistics such as meetings and be responsible for preparing project updates for project manager and the client, including presentations, status reports, and risk and action registers.


Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in engineering or related field
• 3-5 years experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on preliminary and detail road design projects incorporating efforts of a multidisciplinary team from concept to delivery and/or P3 experience
• Proficiency with FTP, Share Point, ISO, MS Office
• Experience using CAD considered an asset
• Microsoft Project experience is an asset

The salary range for this position is $78,500 - $97,500. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
