Position: Project Coordinator - Ontario Government
Location: Downtown Toronto
Salary: $30 to $42 per hour
Job Type: 1-year contract
Hybrid: 2-days onsiteQuantum is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work with an agency within the Ontario Government. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project plans and milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, project management or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
