Job Description
Knowledge of
telecommunications network

) AssistProject Manager
withproject planning
,scheduling
, andimplementation
Highlight and escalate any issues early in the stage to allowmitigation in a timely manner
Follow-up with stakeholders and project manager forproblematic/incomplete/not finalized activities
Assist project manager to driveProject activities
Assist project manager to reflect accurate project updates inJIRA
, includingRAID log
with all applicablerisks by project
Assist project manager to create, compile, and issuereports
as per requirements Liaison multiple teams to effectively manage theresource assignments
in the best interest of the projects and organization Identify and manage allproject deliverables
to meetproject and business objectives
as well asIn-Service Targets
Prepare and updateproject schedules
,implementation plans/roadmaps
, andbuild status reports
Troubleshootobstacles/conflicts
and provide overall focus and leadership tocross-functional project teams
Provide concise and timely reporting on deliverables includingequipment orders
anddelivery
Establish and maintain communication channels withteam members
,senior management
,equipment vendors
,Telcos
, andthird parties
to ensureproject success
Executework orders
to completeconstruction activities
to meet project objectives Communicate relative/relevantproject information
to the project team Review theconstruction reports
shared by thethird-party contractors
Track and manageChange Orders
Review and trackdeficiencies
and follow up with third-party contractors regardingdeficiency correction
Reviewcivil drawings
forReal Estate Department
Discuss with theEngineering team
for analysis of the report fordesign verification/clarification and implementation
Managetracking and ticketing solutions
likeNCT creation

Update thelocal tracker
andinternal tracker
provided Update thework order request tracker
