Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Managers to prepare action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks and administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and trade relations. You should have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining corporate trade databases
Filing
Administrative assistance to Project Management team
Taking minutes
Updating project calendars
Organizing & submitting tenders
Purchase orders to/from trades
Acquire WorkSafe BC from trades
Acquire Insurance from trades
Ordering drawing prints
Posting files to our tender cloud
Addenda transmission
Bid bonds
Creating Warranty & Maintenance manuals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
