Job Overview
We are hiring a Structural Project Coordinator to manage the integration of the tower's structural systems with all trades. You will coordinate BIM models, review shoring and foundation systems, and ensure seamless high-rise structural execution.
Key Responsibilities
Review structural BIM models and run clash detection reports. Coordinate shoring, excavation, and parkade foundation systems. Support sequencing of rebar, formwork, and concrete pours. Ensure penetrations and sleeves are coordinated with MEP systems. Collaborate with structural consultants and site supervisors.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering. 5+ years structural coordination experience (towers or large parkades preferred). Strong BIM/Revit and clash detection background. Knowledge of seismic codes, shoring, and concrete construction.
