Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager, project planning and execution, maintaining project documentation, coordinating various tasks, and ensuring project deliverables are met within specified timelines. Day-today tasks include progress payment applications, work and change orders, scheduling meetings, tracking progress, preparing reports, and communicating with team members and stakeholders. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities



Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful implementation. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Facilitate change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements. Track tasks and communicate with team members. Supervise project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all members. Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps. Support product management efforts by aligning project deliverables with business objectives.

Experience



Proven experience in project coordination or management roles. Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Experience with project planning and implementation processes. Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of risk management techniques. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
