to help bring our projects to life.
As an
Onsite Project Coordinator,
you will be the key link between our project managers, onsite team and trades. Your role will ensure day-to-day site operations run smoothly, schedules stay on track, and quality standards are met. You'll thrive in this position if you are highly organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily onsite operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with the team, trades and the office staff to resolve any onsite challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation including schedules and progress reports.
Support Project Manager with client updates and walkthroughs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in project coordination, site supervision or a related role.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
