Competitive Salary $65,000-$75,000,& BenefitsAre you a highly organized team player looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing company?Our client, a well established industrial fabrication manufacturer, is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide organizational support to the project management team and ensure components of each project are completed in a timely basis. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills with the ability to absorb project details and transform them into working plans.The Role:

• Collaborate with project managers and production managers to facilitate project coordination.
• Provide support to project managers and production managers in pre-construction project administration.
• Maintenance of job files, project digital database
• Attend project meetings, record and distribute minutes
• Track job progress, changes, alert project management staff and operations staff to delays, issues etc.
• Schedule meetings, site installations
• Coordinate production issues, material orders, deliveries with project management staff
• Maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge and previous experience industrial manufacturing or Construction environments would be desirable.
• Hands on experience with flow charts, spreadsheets, technical documentation
• 1-3 years experience in project administration or clerical role
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Certificate or diploma in administrative or related field is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
