Join Our Team as a Project Coordinator, Specialized Services



The Specialized Services Operations Coordinator provides support services to the Enhanced Programs business line and executes a variety of projects in other areas of the organization. Reporting to the Project Manager, Specialized Services, the Operations Coordinator works collaboratively across all business lines within SSRG and provides support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities include



Arranging travel for the Enhanced Programs team Processing, tracking and reporting on expense claims pertaining to Enhanced Programs staff Developing and implementing projects within specific timeframes Supporting project launches and the implementation of new contracts Assisting in policy development and procurement exercises when needed Creating training materials as required Administering the recruitment process Assisting with internal investigations when needed Maintenance of scheduling and administrative software for the Enhanced Programs team Asset tracking Sourcing and researching data for operational reports as required. Providing support to operations leaders as needed Providing corporate support of administrative software Other duties as required



Skills and Qualifications



Thorough working knowledge of the Operations, HR functions within a security company Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Tact and discretion to safeguard confidential information Proven history of success in building and maintaining critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders A strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving The ability and insight to think critically, break down problems and recognize patterns and linkages that are not always apparent Experience in creating training materials The ability to interpret and apply policy and various levels of legislation Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Proven ability to adopt and learn new software solutions Experience in Dayforce or another payroll system is an asset Experience using Monday.com is a significant asset



Work Requirements



Availability outside regular office hours may be required to address urgent matters. Occasional travel within Canada is necessary. This position supports both remote work and on-site duties at SSRG offices.
