Our Client is seeking one (1) Project Coordinator who is self-motivated and organized with exceptional strategic, communication and interpersonal skills to support the implementation of the new Enterprise Commons (SAP SuccessFactors) software.


The option to a hybrid in office/remote is available at this time. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills


Graduate from a recognized Institute of Technology or University degree program in computer science or a related field. Minimum seven (7) years' experience in project coordination, including SAP implementations and enterprise-scale IT initiatives. Experience in information technology development or consulting. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft 365). Proficiency with Google applications and collaboration/management tools (e.g., Smartsheet). Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.




Nice To Have Skills


Experience in a policing or paramilitary organization, especially in enterprise-level project planning, is a significant asset. Training in IT strategy design from a post-secondary institution is an asset.

1 year with 1 possible 1-year extension


Hourly Rate

Negotiable
