Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent time management skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate communication and ensure project milestones are met.

Duties



Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam to track project progress. Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and timelines. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals. Manage documentation related to project activities, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Support the project team in utilizing Civil 3D for design-related tasks as needed. Assist in the preparation of reports on project status for stakeholders.

Qualifications



Minimum 2-3 years experience. Proven experience in project management or a related field within the construction industry. Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
