Job Description

Jetline Contracting is looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Steel Stud framing and with specific knowledge of High-Rise construction. Wood frame experience would be a bonus.

As a Project Coordinator you will assist the construction team in document control, change management, quality control, and information management. This position is for multiple construction projects and will be mainly in the office, however some site visits will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Reports to Project Manager

Assist the PM in contract & scope management

Assists the PM in generating monthly progress billing

Assist the PM with administrative functions as required

Assist the PM with pricing of extras from documented change orders and SI's and site level conditions

Works with Construction Management Team to ensure all project documents and communications are issued per company protocols

Acts as a point of contact for documents and deliverables

Manages and maintains project records

Assists in providing document control and communications training to others when required, including safety related documentation and training

Candidate Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experienced with OST (On-Screen Take-off) and QuickBid software

Familiar with reading and interpreting Architectural drawings and Specifications

Must be able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Familiar with Procore

Starting Salary

$55,000.00 - 70,000.00 Annually (based on skills and experience)

2 weeks paid vacation.
