Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact between clients, project appraisers, and trades.
Provide updates and support to Project Managers; submit
weekly job status reports
highlighting progress, issues, and solutions.
Prepare and maintain
sketches, reports, and project documentation
.
Coordinate and schedule
sub-trades, suppliers, and field staff
.
Collect and review
trade estimates
for approval; oversee claims compliance.
Track budgets and timelines to ensure
profit margins
are met.
Participate in
on-call rotation
, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Travel occasionally to support project needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years' experience
in restoration.
Strong knowledge of
residential and commercial construction
and building codes.
Familiarity with
Encircle, Xactimate, XactAnalysis
(asset).
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Ontario driver's license
; able to travel across the GTA.
