As a

Project Coordinator

, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting complex rail and transit projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across multidisciplinary teams.


Your Impact



Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track and aligned with client expectations. Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements for major transit programs. Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and resource plans for upcoming rail and transit projects. Contribute to quality assurance processes and maintain accurate project records for audits and stakeholder reviews.

The Skills That Set You Apart



3-5 years of experience in project coordination within transportation, infrastructure, or engineering environments. Familiarity with rail and transit projects, including exposure to scheduling tools and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes in large-scale infrastructure projects. A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering projects that improve mobility and sustainability for communities.

Compensation



BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT:

$76,100 - $102,200


MB & ON:

$69,400 - $96,900


ATLANTIC PROVINCES & QC:

$68,700 - $92,500
