Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator / Quality Control Position to join our dynamic team at JFC STEEL LTD. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time, contributing significantly to our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Organizational Support:

o Maintaining accurate project files, documents, and data.

o Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.

o Organizing project logistics and coordinating resources.

Communication & Coordination:

o Acting as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

o Communicating project status updates, risks, and issues.

o Following up on outstanding action items from meetings.

Project Tracking & Reporting:

o Monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

o Updating project trackers and preparing progress reports.

Quality Control:

o Preforming Q/C on Products .

Keeping records of all Q/C reports & communicating with clients / inspectors etc

Support for Project Managers:

o Assisting with project planning, resource allocation, and risk analysis.

o Helping to resolve minor issues and remove blockers.

o Supporting the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Organizational Skills:

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in Excel / word Etc.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to think critically and address issues as they arise.

Detail-Oriented:

A strong focus on accuracy and quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
