ABOUT THE ROLE



The

Project Coordinator - Programs & Impact

will serve as the glue between our programs, partners, creatives, and community. You'll keep projects moving, help create systems to track progress, and document our collective impact. You'll manage timelines, coordinate logistics, support reporting, and contribute to process design in a space where no two days are the same.

This is a great role for someone who's part project manager, part community builder, part systems thinker and loves being in the heart of meaningful, multidisciplinary work.

You can expect to perform the following activities as part of this role:

Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and wrap-up of programs, events, and campaigns. Track deliverables, timelines, budgets, and partner requirements across multiple projects. Create and maintain shared documents, timelines, reports, and communication templates. Work collaboratively with other project leads, community organizations, facilitators, and Focus Hub staff. Help develop internal systems for documentation, evaluation, and impact measurement. Take notes, photos, or short videos at programs to support storytelling and accountability. Contribute to a culture of equity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR



Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Experience coordinating projects or community programs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with Google Workspace, shared drives, and project tracking tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in fast-paced, creative environments. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused. Deep respect for equity, community voice, and cultural safety.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT MATCH IF...



Experience in data collection, program evaluation, or storytelling-based reporting. Background or training in community development, arts admin, non-profit management, or social impact. Familiarity with funding/grant reporting practices. Lived experience connected to Indigenous, newcomer, or racialized communities.
