Are you looking to apply your project coordination and construction management skills in a dynamic industrial contracting environment? Brymark Installations Group Inc., a leading industrial contractor in British Columbia and part of the Carlson Construction Group, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and on-site, supporting the successful execution of construction projects from planning through closeout. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Site Superintendent, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in bridging office-based project management with field operations.

Key Responsibilitieso Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent throughout the full project lifecycle--from mobilization to closeout.

Participate in construction strategy meetings, including Path of Construction and estimating reviews. Assist in reviewing and interpreting the baseline construction schedule; contribute to detailed planning and execution strategies. Set up and maintain project documentation in Procore, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. Track procurement and delivery of contractor-supplied materials. Coordinate and monitor mobilization deliverables such as safety and quality documentation. Manage and distribute revised drawings, site instructions, and other project communications. Support change management by reviewing changes and assessing impacts on cost and schedule. Maintain the daily log, capturing labor, executed scope, issues, and delays. Assist with material ordering and procurement coordination. Support quality control processes, including documentation, inspections, and submittals. Manage daily LEMs and compile supporting documentation for client submission. Input site worker hours into HH2 with correct cost coding for payroll processing. Track field progress and update quantity tracking tools and schedules. Draft change orders and coordinate with the PM for review and client submission. Develop and submit RFIs and submittals in coordination with the Superintendent. Capture and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. Ensure proper archiving of project documentation in Procore and internal drives.
